Ying is a pharmacist from Thailand hoping to start further studies in the UK, but first she has to pass the IELTS at Band 7 in all sections.
She has already taken the exam twice and got 5.5 in the writing and speaking, but then with just three weeks preparation her score jumps to Band 7 in the writing. Crazy!
But unfortunately the speaking score stuck at 5.5.
