Firstly, regarding the younger age group which is below 24years, it is obvious that they are more dependent on dairy product with slightly above 40%. while the remaining percentage goes for meat and vegetables which equally constitute 20% for each and pulses the least with around 18%.
Secondly, meat is the most popular item consumed in middle-aged males which is the highest throughout their whole life with about half of daily calories. Dairy ingestion decreased by almost 20%, still vegetable and pulses are at a lower rank with about 15%,10% respectively.
Finally, for the older ones, it is clear that pulses use rocketed at this age with around 65% of total calories taken, however, the remaining items are taken to lesser extend almost less than 20% for each.
As an overall, what stands out from the graph is that dairy and vegetables are less popular with ageing while strikingly pulses dominate in senior people. meat remains the more familial item to be consumed in average aged males.

The issue whether copyright legislations have positive implications by preserving the rights of the authors or it may have a negative effect by restricting innovations. This essay will discuss both issues, using examples from academic field and internet applications to demonstrate points and support arguments.
On one hand, implementing rules for re-using published materials are undoubtable beneficial. This is largely because without these regulations, the world would live in a chaos and infringement of originality rights which is more strongly evident in academic field. For example, many scientific journals do not accept to publish any research or article without checking it for plagiarism. Therefore, rules would prevent patent infringements.
On the other hand, permitting materials to be used for public without boundaries can carry tremendous privileges for the whole society. This is due to the fact that raw materials can be feasible and reusable which unleash creativity and innovativeness. As example of that many studies found that more than 75% of young generation use internet applications as Pinterest and YouTube for getting ideas before starting any new project. As a consequence, putting restrictions for sharing ideas and materials are questionable.
To conclude from the mentioned examples and arguments given, I strongly believe that limitations and rules on how people can share published materials can be used for certain fields especially scientific and academics ones otherwise letting ideas spread freely will have an unexpected positive reward in the future.
