Globalization had made life easier but expensive that some people face difficulties in making two ends meet. Some people argue that changing job is beneficial while others argue that doing one job is better option This essay will explore both view points with appropriate examples form recent studies for UK government and Harvard University
Some people are precautious, easy going and does not like to add extra stress in life with changing jobs. They opine that staying with one employer entitles them to incentives such as pay rage, longer vocation, easy loans and less probability of laying off. They can progress to managerial jobs by gaining seniority and better understanding of fellow employees and employer. A study by UK government has proven that in recent economic crisis companies retained their senior workforce and laid off newly hired worker. Thus staying with one company is beneficial.
On contrary, there are ambitious and adventurous people who think that they should change job when they feel that they are saturated and not learning new skills anymore. Changing Jobs in earlier stages is instrumental as provides better salary and incentives. Moreover multinational companies hire people with diverse experiences. A study by Harvard University has proven that 75 % of workforce in MNC are highly skilled people from different work environment.
Aforementioned has provided with plausible arguments for both the views. However, I personally feel that one should stick to one job as for as he is getting competitive package and opportunity.

The bar graph illustrates detailed report of World Health Organization of influenza cases in 11 years, that was number of cases per year from 1990 to 2000.
Looking at the graph it becomes clear that it had shown a steady incline of diseased people throughout these 11 years. In 1990 and 1991 only 125,000 people suffered from influenza which increased to 135,000 cases in next two years 1992and 1993. In next three years starting from 1995 influenza increased steadily every year by five thousand and at the end of 1996 there were over 145 thousand cases. Moving further to 1997 when world flu cases increased by 20 thousands and reached the figure of 165 thousands and stabilized there for last three years from 1998 to 2000.
Overall, the bar graph showed an ascending trend of world flu casualities throughout the given period.
