The charts above show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel’s customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010

The first chart below gives information about the money spent by British parents on their children’s sports between 2008 and 2014. The second chart shows the number of children who participated in three sports in Britain over the same time period.

The top graph provides information about the monthly expenditure of English parents on their children’s sports between six year period.
The bottom line graph depicts the number of pupils that toke part in three different sports over the same years.

While in 2008 the monthly spending was precisely 20 pounds, it constantly progressed over the years reaching the largest amount by 2014 when parents spent almost double in sport activities for their children. Looking at the different sport types, clearly, football was the most popular sport chosen with an average of 8 million lovers over the six years. The second most practiced sport was athletics starting with less than a million of participants, reaching a peak in 2000 at 5 million and slightly declining in 2014. Swimming was practiced by almost 2,5 million pupils and continuously grew until 2014 .

Overall, the total expenses for children practicing sports have augmented, while, in terms of sport participation football was the most popular followed by athletics and swimming. resulted to be the least fancied.

The graph below shows the amounts of waste produced by three companies over a period of 15 years.

The pie charts provide information about how hundred guests rated the customer service of the Parkway Hotel. Data are provided for the year 2005 and 2010 respectively.

It is clearly visible that over the five year period the clients satisfaction level has increased, in particular in 2005 the customer service was considered just satisfactory for almost 50 percent of the respondents. Then it decreased to less than 10% by 2010. In 2005, 14 % of visitors suggested that the customer service was good but it augmented to almost 40% by 2010. Poor reviews went from roughly a quarter to a smaller fraction of only 4%. Also, the excellent feedback augmented almost six folds form the initial 5% of 2005.

Overall, in the five year period, the positive reviews given to the customer service of the Parkway hotel largely expanded while the number of poorly satisfied clients declined to a small fraction of 16% total.

The line graph provides information about the output of waste produced by three companies between 2000 and 2015.

It is clearly visible that the ” C” company was the one with the highest production of litter over the fifteen year period while, both A and B decreased their outputs.
C has started from over three tonnes of waste in 2000 and progressively has augmented to more than ten tonnes. Conversely, ‘ A’ reduced the production from 12 tonnes in 2000 to 8 in 2015. B showed a unique feature since the initial value was 8 , then it expanded in the first five years and plummeted to just over three tons by 2015

Overall, the company that made up the highest portion of waste was C whereas both B and A had a major reduction, in particular B achieved the lowest portion of litter production.
