The issue of whether traditional programme or teaching revolution benefits children’s talent is a question raised in recent years. This essay will illustrate different aspects of education, using examples from the school sector to support arguments.
Firstly, there is ample evidence to suggest that modern classes can be productive for different aspects. Nowadays, educators have introduced new courses such as theatre and music, in order to stimulate children’s mental ability and creativity. This is due to the fact that much importance has been given to pupils predilections. For instance, research conducted by the American Education Society has shown that students have improved their mathematical skills after taking one year of theatre classes. Therefore, to study theatre has been considered an important innovation.
Secondly, even if new curricula have shown their importance in enhancing student’s talent, it must not be forgotten that traditional lessons put the basis for an appropriate and comprehensive training. This is because traditional modules have built their focus on philosophical thinking development as well as the knowledge of human history. Hence, students are still required to learn about classic curricula in order to have a good understanding of life. For example, research conducted by Harvard University has shown that while the use of theatre classes can improve student’s mathematical skills, following History lessons could develop a deeper human rights consciousness.
To conclude, positive consequences can be derived from the use of original programmes such as theatre and music, yet it should not be forgotten that the traditional path could be important as well as innovations.

The pie graph shows expenses from tree different regions in the UK for 2014.
In 2014, Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire have invested in different sectors. It can clearly be seen that the main percentage of expenditures was in Yorkshire and Lancashire with almost a third of their efforts in Education, whereas Derbyshire spent in it approximately a quarter. On the contrary, Derbyshire put the majority of its money in the Leisure sector. Another interesting data is related to Social Services, which is the lower investment in Derbyshire. Small investments were assigned to Environment, which is considered less important when confronted to other sectors, especially in Yorkshire. Community Care has the same expenditures in Yorkshire and Derbyshire, while is less considered in Lancashire.

Overall, each Region seems to have a tendency to one predominant sector, with Yorkshire and Lancashire with a preference for Education, and Derbyshire with a preference for Leisure.
