Nowadays, everything in this world is run by high technology. Some people believe that the adaptation to technological sources should be from human or vice versa. Meanwhile, other inhabitants think that this could either make humans more brilliant or weakens the intellect of a person. In my opinion, I agree that modern technology should adapt to human and it negatively affects the cognitive skill of a person. This essay will discuss both views and demonstrate points to support arguments.
Firstly, modern technology should adapt to humans to provide comfort and improve their way of living. This is due to the fact that, dealing with what people usually do is more beneficial and practical. For instance, modern transportation such as airplanes and railways save time compared to pre- historic modes of transport . Hence, it is more logical to pacify the individual needs than adapting what technology has to offer.
Moreover, advance technology also has some drawbacks by becoming more dependent that weakens the brain capacity to think. This is because it opts human not to think for solutions and simply relying to open source. For example, automatic correction of misspelled word in composing essay. Therefore, people will be prone to errors when being asked to write in the absence of technology.
To sum it up, the advent of modern world of technology plays an essential part of our lives in a positive and negative manner. However, we should instill to our minds to make good use of what we can do and not what technology can do to us.
The bar graph illustrates the predicted number of visits in the following cities namely, London, Paris Madrid and Istanbul by country of origin, Mexico, Canada and U.S.A in the year 2018.
In Mexico, the most popular place to go will be in Madrid with more than 60,000 visits a year whereas, other remaining metropolis are its lower with only less than a quarter. Istanbul will have the highest number of visits coming from Canada having almost 3 quarters per year while, Madrid will have a quarter which is the least among the other cities.
Furthermore, in the United States of America, majority of the metropolitan area will have greater number of visits accounting to more than 50,000 tourists per annum. However, it is noticeable that city of Paris has a tremendous number of American visitors at 100,000 annually.
Overall, it is clear that each country have different preference of which city to travel for the year 2018 wherein Mexico prefers to visit Madrid, while Canadians go for the city of Istanbul and the USA to Paris.
