TASK 2

Local governments are pushing companies to move from large cities to regional locations.

What are the benefits and drawbacks of this?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Relocation of businesses coming from huge cities to another regional area has sparked controversy to the whole nation. Most people believed that this movement is likely to bring some disadvantages and more advantages. This essay will discuss both issues by giving examples such as higher lease payments, air pollution and a hospital, to demonstrate points and support arguments.
Moving a large business firm to another place is not beneficial as quoted by some people. This is largely because the company will most likely exhaust a large amount of money resulting in a tremendous down fall of economic profit. For example, high rental of the building and tariffs in that area will charge a huge amount to the company. Hence, financial cost of moving the business to another location is extremely expensive.
On the other hand, transferring business institution to regional location has various advantages. Firstly, it improves the living conditions of the society by eradicating some potential environmental hazard such as air pollution. Secondly, it provides more space to be utilized by the government to improve basic facilities. For example, constructing building and innovating hospital machinery helps in improving healthcare services. Therefore, removal of large businesses and industries will definitely improve the deteriorating environment and can provide a wide range access of healthcare facilities to the community people.
In summary, relocating the factories and large businesses has disadvantage which is the financial cost to the company. However, this movement contributes enormous benefits to the environment and society by becoming less polluted area and provides highly satisfactory healthcare system.

TASK 1 ACADEMIC

The diagram illustrates the process of producing tea from fresh tea leaves according to 5 different kinds.
In making the white tea, the fresh tea leaves are sorted and cleaned and them steamed and dried. Green, oolong and black tea undergo withering once fresh tea leaves are sorted and washed. Then green tea goes for panfrying, oolong for rolling in the basket and black tea cutting for broken black. Afterwards fermentation happens except for green tea wherein it proceeds to drying after steaming. When it comes to the production of scented tea, green, black or oolong tea will undergo drying processes, after which it goes for scenting of either flowers or fruits and then cooling as the last stage.
In summary, all teas undergo either short or long processes with white tea as the shortest and oolong as the longest. They also need to be cleansed and classified according to their variety.
