The data provided belongs to a 40 years time period (1967-2007) and it is given in metric tonnes (mt).

The highest level of emissions among the four countries has been achieved by the UK in 1967 (at around 11 mt), then it progressively decreased until 2007 when it reached 7 mt. The second highest level of emissions occurred in Sweden where the level sat at 9 mt in 1967. Thus slowly increased to 11 mt over a 10 year period and declined in the following 30 years. Italy and Portugal showed a similar pattern over the 40 year time frame: while Italy started at over 5 mt and continuously increased until reaching almost 8 mt, Portugal is the only country that in 1967 had the lowest level of emissions (at around 1) and throughout the years moderately increased it reaching 5 mt in 2007.

Overall, Portugal is the country that has reached the lowest emissions rates over the given time followed by Italy, Sweden and UK.

The pie charts provides information about the English students that were able to communicate using a variety of foreign languages in the year 2000 and 2010 respectively.
At first glance it is evident that in both years the most popular foreign language was Spanish with 30 and 35 percentage points respectively. The second most spoken foreign language was French with 15% in 2000 and 10% in 2010. Interestingly, German was the third most diffuse language among English students with the same shares for the two given years.

Additionally in 2010 only one out of ten students was fluent in two foreign languages while the percentage increased to one in fifthteen in 2010. It is also relevant to notice that the number of students that were unable to speak a different language from their domestic one decreased by 20% in 2000 to 10% in the next ten years.

Overall trough the ten years window a larger number of students learnt a foreign language. Spanish has been the preferred language to study followed by French and German. Surprisingly, also the quantity of university students speaking more then a second language has augmented over the corse of time.

The pie charts provide detailed information on water consumption in six different locations of the globe.

At first glance it is visible that the agricultural use is the highest in four out of the six areas of the World with the a percentage point superior to 70% in each of them. The industrial use is the most prevalent share in North America with almost 50% and 53% in Europe. The domestic use shows the same figures for Central Asia and South East Asia at 7%, African seats at 9% while Europe and North America around 15%. South America is the region that has the highest consumption of water due to domestic purposes.

Overall the leading purpose of water consumption in the majority of the six given regions is the agricultural use followed by the industrial sector The domestic consumption of water is undoubtedly mostly significant only in South America, Europe, and North America.
