Some people believe that employees should stay in the same job for the rest of their lives. Others think they should switch jobs at least once during their career.

To what extent do you agree / disagree?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Getting a job is essential in order to sustain daily commodities and intellectual growth of the society. Starting a new venture of career is more beneficial than staying in one institution throughout your life. I totally agree that deviating a profession to another field outweighs enormous positive outcomes than sticking to one job. This essay, will discuss the issue by citing examples like teachers and nurses to demonstrate points and support arguments.
Nowadays, changing a job widens opportunity for a greener pasture and making an individual financially stable. For example, a teacher in the Philippines shift their profession to become an international flight attendant, gets a significant increase of salary for about threefold than what has been previously earned. Therefore, moving to another job boost potential future earning of an individual.
Moreover, switching to a different career path open doors to other potential skills that other company may offer. This is will help to find a career suitable of their interest and skills. For instance, majority of the nurses after two years in service opt to change their career to business industry like call center agent or medical sales representative. This improves their communication and marketing strategies in which nursing profession do not deal with. Hence, jumping to one job to another will facilitates in discovering your other capabilities.
In conclusion, I strongly agree that moving to another company will greatly benefit an individual in nurturing skills and achieve victory in the future.
